A bird's diet is critical to its health and as a companion bird owner you may be reading many opinions on which is better: seed or pellet.  Both seeds and pellets are nutritious foods, and one is not necessarily superior to the other, depending on what else you're feeding your bird along with it.  An ideal solution is to use both in your daily feeding.
